• Pets must be in good health and fully vaccinated.

• If the pet is aggressive or snaps at water or vacuum cleaners I must be informed.

• If pets try to snap at the groomer a muzzle will be used at the groomer’s discretion.

• Staff reserve the right to stop treatment at any time if they feel their or the pet’s welfare/safety is compromised; work done until that point will be paid for.

• Staff must be informed of any changes in the pet’s health and/or behaviour.

• Under the Animal Welfare Act 2007 dogs shall not be put under any stress and as such if knots/matts cannot be brushed out without causing the dog stress then the dog will be shaved down at extra cost.

• The staff will not be held responsible for any irritation that occurs due to the shave down.

• The staff will not be responsible for any mishaps that occur due to non-disclosure of the pet’s health and behaviour.

• If parasites are found on the pet then they will be cleared at you, the pet owners, expense.

• If the staff becomes concerned about the health of the dog then you, the pet’s owner, will be responsible for the cost of veterinary care.

• Failure to collect your pet at the designated time will incur extra charges.
